About MeI'm an Icelandic painter who has been dedicated to the art form since 1982. I'm born and raised in the small Icelandic town of Keflavík, where I still produce the majority of my work. I also work in my studio in Copenhagen where I spend a few months annually.
I've been fortunate to be succesful in my career and I've been able to dedicate my life to creating art. I'm happy to have my work on display in private homes, galleries, companies, and institutions across the world. I love what I do and I'm happy to be able to share my work with you. Gertrud - Copenhagen 2022 I will exhibit recent paintings at my 25 year anniversary exhibition at Galleri Sct Gertrud in Copenhagen 21 - 24 April 2022. Galleri Sct Getrud - which is located in central Copenhagen, Denmark - is one of the galleries I've exhibited paintings in for the longest recurring period of time. This will be one of the final exhibitions at the gallery, which will be closing the location soon.
